Installation: Intelliview ensured quality construction for both aerial and underground fibre, utilising state-of-the-art fibre optic equipment to maintain optimal efficiency, reduce splice loss, and ensure superior performance for your network and fibre installations.

National Long-Distance Route Build Management

The cost for rework to rectify non-conformance to the Wayleave conditions could be in the hundreds of thousands range.
The ILOs was mandated to monitor and report on the following aspects of the implementation on behalf of the client. Quality auditing and daily reporting will be performed in conjunction with the requirements/specifications of the client.

Field Operation Maintenance Experience

This was on the National Long-Distance Route and in the Metros (Gauteng and Kwa Zulu Natal).
Intelliview had teams in defined region and minimum defined amount of trained technical employees ready to support daily and scheduled maintenance tasks. These teams were available 24 x 7 for any maintenance activities.

Technical Network Audits and Project Management

In the context of Vodacom’s country wide FTTx rollout, Intelliview has played a pivotal role. Our team of Project Managers and ILOs collaborated closely with the Vodacom team to deliver their entire portfolio of High Potential sites (HPs).

Digital Transformation and Network Management Experience

Intelliview’s comprehensive team of 24 members have been functioning across various areas such as Network Digitisation, Change Management, and Data Quality Improvement/Management over the last five years.
