The Intelliview Field Operation Maintenance Teams were responsible for the following activities:
- Corrective Maintenance
- Preventive Maintenance
- Scheduled Maintenance
This was on the National Long-Distance Route and in the Metros (Gauteng and Kwa Zulu Natal).
Intelliview had teams in defined region and minimum defined amount of trained technical employees ready to support daily and scheduled maintenance tasks. These teams were available 24 x 7 for any maintenance activities.
For Customer related faults to be available during normal working hours and on call for any emergency and major outages (8:00AM to 22:00PM).
Intelliview’s dedicated resources was available to receive trouble tickets via NGBS’s FSM Tool from the NOC.
Intelliview was responsible for:
- Clear all defects and faults including those caused by insufficient Corrective and Preventive Maintenance works.
- Seek for continuous performance improvement.
- Facilitate appropriate FTTx to periodic audits by Intelliview to confirm the validity of the performance.
- Accept new infrastructure and inspect quality and adherence to standards when any new infrastructure is handed over to the Customer.
- Achieve the service levels specified (SLA’s) & KPI’s available.
